1. What this site is

BHISD Back to School organizes each Barbers Hill ISD campus's published school-supply list into a prebuilt shopping bundle: every list item is matched to a suggested Amazon product ("pick"), quantities are calculated from the list, and the whole bundle can be sent to Amazon as a single pre-filled shopping cart.

We do not sell, stock, pack, or ship supplies ourselves, and we do not process payments for supplies. All supply purchases are made on and from Amazon (or another retailer you choose), under that retailer's terms.

Supply lists are reproduced from each campus's published list for convenience. Campuses may revise their lists; always treat your school's own communication as authoritative.

3. Purchases are with the retailer

Any purchase you make on Amazon or another retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by their terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies — not ours. For refunds, returns, damaged items, or delivery issues with a supply purchase, contact the retailer.

We are not responsible for third-party products, content, or services, including the contents of your Amazon cart after hand-off (Amazon may adjust availability or substitute listings).

4. Quantities and pack sizes

Cart quantities are calculated from each list line's stated count and the pick's pack size (for example, a list line asking for 24 pencils matched to a 24-pack adds quantity 1). This math is provided as a convenience — please review your Amazon cart before you place the order there.

5. Bulk and classroom orders

Ordering for a whole classroom, PTA, or group is self-service: choose a grade, enter the number of students, and the site multiplies each list line and builds one pre-filled Amazon cart — there is no quote to request or wait on.

Any totals shown are estimates for your convenience; the price you pay is the price Amazon shows at checkout, and quantities should be reviewed in your Amazon cart before you order.

6. Your information and privacy

We collect only what the forms ask for (such as an email address if you subscribe for list updates) and basic technical information needed to run the site. Your bundle selections are stored in your own browser. See our Privacy Policy for details. We never see your Amazon account or payment details.

7. Relationship to the district

BHISD Back to School is part of the ccisd.me family of community apps built around Barbers Hill ISD. Campus supply lists remain the property of their schools; trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Please use this site only for lawful purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it. The site's design and original content may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHISD Back to School will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from purchases you make with third-party retailers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
